Careers
Become a Box Pro
Coach. Lead. Build the Future of Golf Performance.
What Is a Box Pro?
A Box Pro is the cornerstone of the Tee Box experience. This role goes beyond traditional golf instruction — Box Pros are coaches, leaders, and relationship builders who guide athletes through a complete performance system that blends golf coaching, fitness, technology, and long-term development.
Box Pros work inside a modern, data-driven environment where the goal isn’t just to hit better shots — it’s to help golfers understand their game, build better habits, and improve year-round.
Why Be a Box Pro?
- Coach inside a structured player development system, not random lessons
- Work with industry-leading technology (motion capture, launch monitors, performance assessments)
- Be part of a growing national brand with franchise expansion opportunities
- Develop skills in coaching, sales, club fitting, and business operations
- Build long-term athlete relationships instead of one-off lessons
- Help manage memberships, scheduling, and athlete communication
- Opportunity for career growth, leadership, and ownership pathways as Tee Box expands
What a Box Pro Does
- Deliver Box Assessments to evaluate golf mechanics, movement, and performance
- Coach private lessons, small groups, and academy programs
- Guide athletes through personalized improvement plans
- Support and educate members on training, practice, and recovery
- Assist with club fittings, equipment recommendations, and technology reviews
- Help manage memberships, scheduling, and athlete communication
- Represent Tee Box culture, standards, and coaching philosophy
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for coaches who care about development, communication, and impact. Whether your background is golf instruction, fitness, performance training, or sales, the best Box Pros are adaptable, curious, and motivated to grow alongside their athletes. Certification and experience matter — but mindset, professionalism, and leadership matter more.
