Our purpose is to help every golfer, regardless of skill level, reach their potential through expert coaching, purposeful training, and a supportive community. Because when you grow as a golfer, you grow as a person.
Physical fitness and how your body moves play an important role in your golf performance. We use a 21-point screening to test your strength, stability, mobility, and limitations to develop an informed training plan. All Tee Box members have access to our gym facilities for their training needs. Fitness training directly improves your game, as studies show that range of motion and force production directly influence club head velocity.
Your golf swing is the foundation of your game. A more consistent swing can help you hit better shots, improve accuracy, and play with more confidence. All members receive a TrackMan-based swing evaluation that captures more than 40 data points. Your coaching plan will be based on your evaluation, so you’ll see your numbers move every month and have awareness of what’s changing.
Clubs are not one-size-fits-all. Every golfer has a unique playing style, and it is difficult for players to hit consistent, accurate shots if they do not have the right equipment. We use our proprietary technology, Forj, to compare your body screen and swing data against your current equipment. We’ll then make specific club recommendations based on your results. There’s no obligation to buy, but we have the best brands in stock if you are ready to enhance your equipment.
